NutriMix

NutriMix is a power drink made from a combination of Maca, Quinoa, Amaranth and Kiawe, each of which has valuable nutritional characteristics:

- The Maca (Lepidium meyenii) root is renowned for its numerous health benefits. Its high level of nutrients makes Maca a natural energizer. It acts as a cerebral stimulant, and helps reduce stress and tiredness. Maca also enhances fertility, regulates hormonal activity and has been found to have antioxidant properties.

- Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) is a highly nutritious grain that has an extraordinarily high protein content and a well balanced profile of essential amino acids. It is also an excellent source of dietary fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium and phosphorous, and also Vitamins E and B complex.

- Amaranth (Amaranthus caudatus) is another extremely nutritious grain. It is high in protein and amino acids, particularly lysine. It has a very high fiber content and has significant amounts of phytosterols employed in the prevention of many diseases. Amaranth is also very rich in vitamins and minerals.

- Kiawe (Prosopis pallida) is a fruit that comes from the tree of life. It is a natural energetic food rich in proteins (10%), and sucrose, glucose, fructose and fiber. It also contains vitamins A, B complex and D, and is a good source of iron, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, potassium and tannin.
